This policy covers neurosformer.dev and all of its pages, including the service pages, the quote request page and the digital business card. Neurosformer builds AI business systems; the site describes that work and gives you ways to start a conversation.

It does not cover the systems we build for clients. How a client project handles data is agreed in writing for that project; see the data handling page.

This is a static marketing website. It does not operate an inquiry form that posts to a server, a customer account, an advertising tracker, or a marketing analytics SDK, and it sets no cookies.

The site stores your selected color theme in your browser using local storage, under the key themeName. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to Neurosformer. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser settings.

The quote request page builds your message inside your browser. Nothing you type there is saved or sent anywhere until you choose to send it on WhatsApp or by email.

Like most web servers, ours keeps standard request logs when a page is loaded. A log line typically holds:

• your IP address
• the page requested and the time
• your browser and operating system as reported by the browser
• the page that linked to us, if your browser sends it

We use these logs to keep the site secure and working: spotting abuse, investigating errors, and understanding load. They are not combined with other data, used for advertising, or used to build profiles. Requests for images, scripts and stylesheets are not logged.

The site loads its typefaces (Geist, Geist Mono and IBM Plex Sans) from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.

Everything else, including the integration logos, the illustrations and the scripts, is served from our own server. There are no embedded videos, social widgets or chat scripts.

You can reach us through Google Calendar's appointment booking, WhatsApp, or email. When you use one of them, you provide information directly through that service, and Neurosformer receives what you submit:

• Google Calendar: your name, email address, the time you book, and anything you add to the booking.
• WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and the messages you send.
• Email: your email address and what you write. Our inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail).

Those services process information under their own privacy terms. You do not need to send passwords, API keys, private documents, health information, payment-card data, or other sensitive material when requesting an audit.

We use it to respond, prepare for the requested conversation, assess whether a project is a fit, deliver agreed services, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell contact information, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We will only write to you about the conversation or project you started.

We retain contact information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above: while a conversation is active, for the life of a project, and afterwards where business or legal records require it. Messages held inside WhatsApp or Gmail also follow those services' own retention. If you ask us to delete a conversation, we remove what we hold unless we are required to keep it.

You may ask what contact information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights, such as objecting to a use or receiving a copy; ask and we will explain what applies and act on it.

The site links to our profiles on Facebook, X, GitHub and LinkedIn, and to WhatsApp and Google Calendar. Those sites are run by other companies, and their own policies apply once you follow a link.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. If a change affects how we use contact information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
