A sales and CRM assistant that keeps the pipeline current
Before a call or a follow-up, the assistant summarizes what has happened with the lead so far, drafts the next message, and proposes the CRM updates. Your rep reviews, edits, and decides.
The audit checks the real workflow and tool access before we recommend a build. These are the conditions that usually make the first scope practical.
- Reps reread email threads and notes before each follow-up
- CRM fields are out of date because updates happen after the fact, if at all
- Follow-ups slip when a rep is busy
- Managers cannot tell from the CRM what the next step on a deal is
One path from the original input to a recorded outcome, with the exception route designed at the same time.
- 01
Gather the history
Read the lead's emails, notes, call summaries, and CRM record from the tools in scope.
- 02
Summarize and recommend
Write a short summary of where the deal stands and suggest the next step from the rules you set.
- 03
Draft the follow-up
Prepare the next email or message in your tone, based on the history, and hold it for the rep.
- 04
Update the CRM
After the rep approves, update the stage, next action, and agreed fields, and log what was sent.
Included in the handoff
- A summary and next-step format agreed with your sales lead
- Follow-up drafting connected to your email and CRM
- CRM field updates for one pipeline, applied after rep approval
- A run record per lead and an operating guide for the sales owner
How your team stays in control
- Reps approve every outgoing message and every stage change.
- The assistant reads only the mailboxes, notes, and records agreed in scope.
- Recommendations follow written rules, and a rep can override them.
- Each run records the sources it summarized and the fields it changed.
The first call is used to verify the workflow, source material, integrations, approval points, and practical first scope.
Will it email our prospects directly?
Not in the first scope. It drafts the message and the rep sends it. Automatic sending for a narrow case can be discussed once the team trusts the drafts.
What does it need access to?
Read access to the CRM, the mailboxes in scope, and any notes tool you use. Write access is limited to the CRM fields agreed during design.
How does it recommend a next step?
From rules you define with us: time since last contact, deal stage, the prospect's last reply, and similar signals. It gives the reason with each recommendation so the rep can judge it.
Does it fit our existing sales process?
The assistant works inside the stages and fields you already use. If your process has gaps, discovery is where we write them down before building.
